Amanda Righetti

Amanda Elizabeth Righetti is an American actor and producer. She was famous for playing special agent Grace Van Pelt in CBS' police procedural drama series "The Mentalist.". The Utah born, Righetti had always wanted to be a performer. She began dancing when she was just four years old. She first appeared on the large screen in 1995 when she starred in the film 'Love and Happiness. She made her debut on the tiny screen by appearing as a guest on CBS' 'CSI Crime Scene Investigation'. Righetti started her modeling career at age fourteen. Her move in Los Angeles four years later and continued playing small but important roles until she was given the role of Hailey Nichol on Fox's teen-drama "The O.C. '. Righetti had a prominent role in the 2009 film Friday the 13th. She also appeared on Fox's soap North Shore and the drama series Reunion. From 2008 to the year 2015, she played Grace Van Pelt in 'The Mentalist'. The film received high praise from critics in her role. Righetti most recently portrayed Madeline Kenner on USA Network's sci-fi series "Colony".
