Laura Linney
Laura Linney is an American actor who became famous for her portrayal of strong, yet vulnerable characters. Linney is from a theatre background, since her father was a playwright Romulus Linney. In 1986, she graduated from Brown University. She then pursued a degree in Theatre at the Arts Theatre School Moscow before getting her degree from Juilliard School with a M.F.A. New York City 1990. Her first appearance was on Broadway and was awarded awards for her performances in roles like Six Degrees of Separation or Hedda Galer.
